ABOUT US

Emerson Professionals and Emerson Personnel were founded in 1976 in Boston,
MA. The five-office operation, employing over forty recruiters, enjoyed prosperity in Boston for 17 years, placing both permanent and temporary personnel.
In 1994, Emerson relocated its offices to Boca Raton, FL. Today we specialize in the placement of academic and healthcare professionals on a national basis. Emerson is a boutique operation. We are woman-owned and operated by founder, Rhoda Warren, CPC and President, Anne Penny, CPC.
Together we grew a relationship-based, award-winning firm with an outstanding reputation.
