The principals, Anne Penny, CPC
and Rhoda Warren, CPC, founded Emerson Professionals, Inc. in Boca Raton in 1994.
However, their association didn't begin there.
An industry leader
since 1965, Rhoda Warren, 1st woman CPC in Massachusetts, founded Emerson in Boston,
Massachusetts in 1976 with her then partner, William Consalvo. Anne Penny joined
them in 1977, became a partner in 1985, and together they grew a relationship-based,
award-winning firm with an outstanding reputation. The five-office operation,
employing over forty recruiters, enjoyed prosperity in Boston for 17 years, placing both
permanent and temporary personnel.

Enterprise by Palm Beach County
- 2000 Opened Current Facility in Ft.
Lauderdale
Also in 1986, we won numerous awards
of excellence for client relations and advertising at an annual national conference and
then Governor Michael Dukakis bestowed a commendation upon us for our contributions to
"The Jimmy Fund" (childrens cancer fund) funded by Dana Farber Cancer
Foundation of Boston, Massachusetts. We were featured in the flagship issue of
"Boston Woman Magazine" and appeared on several local TV and radio shows
including Tom Bergeron and "The Larry Glick Show"
